ASU’s Professional Development School (PDS) program has been preparing outstanding elementary and middle-school teachers in the Phoenix area since 2000. PDS expanded to rural areas of the state in 2006, and now a new grant from the federal government is enabling ASU to provide even more assistance to help Native American students succeed in the program.
