The Disability Resource Center at ASU’s West campus is planning a week of activities March 5-9 to commemorate Access Awareness Week.
A disability history exhibit, “meet-n-greet” luncheon with DRC staff, creative arts presentation, adaptive recreatoin demonstration, and DRC open house are just some of the events on tap.
“Providing access to education is not just words on paper, but takes the earnest and combined efforts of the entire campus community – students, faculty, administrative and academic staff - in achieving equal access and full participation in the diverse academic and campus programs provided by ASU,” says Brad Neily, director of the DRC.
